We want you to love your Betsey Johnson purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original box or a secure mailer and drop your package off at any authorized shipping location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
